Possible side effect

Seek immediate medical help if you got blue fingernails, toenails, or palms, decreased urination after taking Atenoric.
You should not use Atenoric if you are allergic to atenolol or chlorthalidone, or if you have certain heart conditions such as slow heartbeats, or heart block. Before taking this medication, tell your doctor if you have asthma, chronic bronchitis, or emphysema. Don't use non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, estrogens, sympathomimetics. Before to take Atenoric inform your doctor if you take antiarrhythmics, clonidine, indomethacin, alpha-blockers, their simultaneous intake with Atenoric can cause worsening of side effects.
Skip the missed dose if it is time for your next scheduled dose. Do not take extra medicine to make up the missed dose.
Overdose can cause uneven heartbeats, shortness of breath, dizziness, weakness, fainting, bluish-colored fingernails, convulsions. Inform your doctor immediately.
